The 2016 YWCA Central Maine Women of Achievement Awards Gala will be held on October 27 at the Agora Grand Event Center in Lewiston. The event reception will take place at 5:30pm and dinner and award presentation will begin at 6:30. The YWCA’s Women of Achievement Awards Gala is a celebration of women leaders in our state and local community. The awards program recognizes the accomplishments of women in the fields of community service, leadership, and philanthropy. This year the YWCA will honor three recipients: Marilyn I.
