WSU student airlifted to Sacred Heart after falling from balcony
PULLMAN, Wash. -
An 18-year-old WSU student was airlifted to Sacred Heart over the weekend after falling from the second story of a house.
Pullman Police say officers found 18-year-old Nathan Hopkins of Davenport, Washington, unresponsive when they found him shortly before 10:00 p.m. Friday night. Hopkins was taken to a hospital in Pullman and then airlifted to Sacred Heart in Spokane.
Witnesses told police Hopkins was intoxicated and standing on a bench on a second-floor deck, when he lost his balance and fell.
Pullman Police said this same thing has happened multiple other times this semester with other kids.
