St. Cloud Police Chief Quietly Shames Fox & Friends For Smearing Somali Refugees

The dopes at Fox and Friends were made to look like really small minded idiots when they tried to get St. Cloud Police Chief William Blair Anderson to smear Somali refugees in his community.

Over the weekend there was a stabbing attack in a Minnesota mall that left nine people hurt.

Chief Anderson was brought on by the Fox News morning dummy show to discuss the attack and when he was asked to agree with Donald Trump’s racist rant about Muslims in an earlier interview, calling them “a cancer from within” his community, the law enforcement official politely disagreed.

Doocy supported Trump’s call for “extreme vetting” (whatever that means) and said, “I know there are close to six thousand Somali’s who live in the St. Cloud area, do you share his concerns about who is coming into the country?”

I think Doocy believed he had another Sheriff Clarke on their hands, but Chief Anderson coolly said his job has nothing to do with immigration policy.

Anderson said, “I can tell you that the vast majority of all of our citizens, no matter their ethnicity, are fine, hard-working people, and now is not the time for us to be divisive. We already have a very cohesive community, and I expect that this will draw us even closer together. But at the end of the day, our job is public safety, period.”

Co-host Ainsley Earhart tried to shame the police chief further by asking how, behind closed doors he worked with the community, “Since 2007, more than twenty young Somalian men have traveled from Minnesota to Somalia. Minnesota leads the nation in the number of people who have left to fight for terrorism…”

Anderson replied, ” We actually work very well not just with our East African community, but all of our community.

He continued, “We meet regularly with any number of people, whether they are advocates for a specific ethnicity or different cause. It’s one of things that makes St. Cloud a wonderful place to live, and I know that might sound corny, but it’s the truth. We have established and maintained a very good rapport with our East African community and our community at large.”

After the Fox and Friends doofuses realized the police chief was unwilling to contribute to their propaganda, they ended the segment.

That was a great example of how reassuring a law enforcement official can act in the face of a crisis.
