Showers and thunderstorms are on the way Sunday, but according to the National Weather Service at State College, the rest of the week is looking warm and sunny.
The Harrisburg area will see an 80 percent of showers with possible thunderstorms in the afternoon. Expect a high of 78.
Sunday evening will see a 90 percent chance of continuing showers and thunderstorms with a low dipping to about 66.
A 40 percent chance of showers will kick off the workweek on Monday, but most of that rain will taper off by 2 p.m., making way for a mostly cloudy day with a high of 82 and a low of 61.
Tuesday should be sunny with a high near 86 and a low around 60.
Wednesday is expected to be sunny with a high of 82 and a low of 57.
Thursday is on track to be another sunny day with a high near 82 and a low around 61.
Friday will be sunny with a high near 86 and a low around 62.
And Saturday should be mostly sunny with a high near 83.
