A total of six people are now charged in connection with a shootout Aug. 20 at the Econo Lodge in Manchester Township, according to reports.
Myannh Andrew Legette, 19, of West York, was in the process of selling a gun he illegally possessed to four men when they opened fire on him, said the York Dispatch. He was critically wounded in the torso and leg.
Legette is now charged with illegal possession of a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license by Northern York County Regional Police.
Also charged were:
Justin Alexander Martinez, 21, of Dover Township : aggravated assault, illegal possession of a firearm, reckless endangerment.
Brian Paul Iglesias, 20, of West Manchester Township, hindering apprehension and giving false identification to law enforcement.
Khafre Raheem Johnson, 23, of West College Avenue and brothers Kristopher Lee Ray and Jordan Adrion Ray, also 23, of Courtland Street: attempted homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment. Kristopher Ray and Johnson are also charged with illegally carrying a firearm and shooting into an occupied structure.
