On Sunday October 23, Salt Stage will be hosting its second evening in what is now an ongoing live music series in Midcoast Maine. These events stem from an archival project – often in collaboration with MASS MoCA and WGBH in Boston – featuring intimate filmic portraiture of artists, musicians, writers, thinkers, and makers.
Story continues below advertisement.
On the heels of our sold-out premiere show in July, our upcoming event will once again be held at the Lincoln Street Center for the Arts in Rockland and will feature internationally recognized musicians, including celebrated Flamenco guitarist Juanito Pascual – who has played everywhere from One Longfellow Square in Portland to Lincoln Center in New York City – and Gypsy jazz guitarist Stephane Wrembel, who composes for Woody Allen films and will be playing Carnegie Hall in 2017. The evening will also include acts from former Miss Coney Island : Miss Ekaterina, comedy, dance, local musicians, visual artists, food and drink vendors, and special surprise guests.
Tickets are available online, as well as more artist bios and info at:
Tickets also available in person at Fog Bar & Cafe in Rockland.
(this is a presale ticketed only event with no ticket sales at the door)
