A Lemoyne man is in prison after police said they discovered a crystal methamphetamine lab inside his home Wednesday.
Scotty Allen Osterman, 29, was arrested after the Cumberland County Drug Task Force and the county’s special response team served a search warrant at his home in the 800 block of Market Street at about 6 a.m.
The warrant was served following an ongoing investigation at Osterman’s home, police said. Osterman also allegedly had heroin and another controlled substance, which police did not identify, in the home when he was arrested.
Oysterman is charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, risking catastrophe, recklessly endangering another person, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was arraigned and sent to Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
