Good nutrition is important at any age. Eating well helps you feel your best each day. Healthy eating will help to prevent or manage heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and some cancers. Eating well all the time can be a challenge as can be figuring out whether or not food supplements will be helpful or harmful. Share your thoughts and let Louise answer your questions. As a registered dietitian, Louise has worked in a variety of consulting and management roles for more than 40 years with Kindred Healthcare and very closely with dementia patients in single facilities.
