Harrisburg police have charged a man in connection with a shooting that injured one man in August.
On Thursday, Marquis Rashard Jenkins, 24, of Harrisburg, was charged with attempted homicide and several other charges, police said.
The victim stumbled into Pizza Boli at intersection of 13th and Market streets after being shot multiple times along the 1200 block of Mt. Pleasant Alley at about 2:15 a.m. on Aug. 23, police said.
Emergency crews rushed the victim to Hershey Medical Center, where he underwent surgery and survived.
Jenkins has also been charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.
He is currently being held in the Dauphin County Prison on $300,000. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 14.
