Cooler temperatures and sunny skies are in store for the midstate for most the week, according to forecasters with AccuWeather and National Weather Service at State College.
“The only threat for precipitation will come Thursday into Friday when the weak cold front passes through,” according to AccuWeather.
A frost advosory remains in effect until 9 a.m. for Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster and Lebanon counties, according to the National Weather Service.
For Tuesday, expect sunny skies and a high near 64. The low at night will be around 42.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny, with a high near 67. Low around 49.
THURSDAY: A 30 percent chance of rain showers, mainly between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 70. Low around 46.
FRIDAY: Sunny, with a high near 63. Low around 44.
SATURDAY: Partly sunny, with a high near 63. Low around 48.
